  • Worked closely with a CIO to define and shape their TED-type video message to the 55,000-strong employee base of a worldwide organisation

  • Helped a new CxO to clearly define his vision, then to engage a legacy senior management team to adopt it and expand it into actionable plans

  • Coached a senior business leader to articulate his strategy to take an established multi-million pound client ‘on the journey’ from traditional to new investment markets
