REMOTELY FACILITATED WORKSHOPS

The business issue:

  • For remotely located senior leadership teams, there is significant challenge in making time available for a workshop, or other interactive meetings, despite these providing headspace away from day to day operations to consider future strategy, or a particular business challenge

  • The challenge can be exacerbated in any organisation once travel restrictions are imposed

  • Maximum potential outcomes are unlikely to be achieved without the engagement of a professional facilitator to help define target outcomes, structure content, manage the debate with full engagement of all parties, and to summarise and make recommendations based on the session outcomes.

What we have done:

  • Worked with business leaders to understand the situational background, capture need requirements, clarify objectives and agree target outcomes

  • Structured interactive workshops supported by interactive online tools to execute clear, agreed agenda

  • Delivered the workshop with participants - sometimes across multiple geographies - on time and with content capture

  • Subsequently authored a review and analysis of content within a summary report on outcomes.
